Michael Renus, chef-owner since 1992 trained on location in the culinary arts by then partner and original founder CIA graduate Robert Pfaff.
Mike learned to make numerous sauces, gravies, soups, and many main entrees that have become a staple in Wagon Wheels Deli.
Since 2006 we have expanded the menu to include Mike’s own creative, signature dishes that are served as lunch specials and for catering events.
We strive to make your dining experience here a memorable one and have always had you, our customer, in mind to ensure your satisfaction with our establishment. We have expanded our menu to include breakfast, lunch, and dinner, 7 days a week to better meet your needs.
Mike Renus has been in business for over 25 years. In 2006 Wagon Wheels Deli went under an extensive renovation, creating a sleek modern food service business. Changing and upgrading its business model to make it more customer-friendly and available.
Mike has created many dishes for your enjoyment including breakfast specials like a breakfast wrap, lunch specials like baked salmon with fruit chutney, pizzas and wings at night or catering trays for any event, any size, and within any budget.
